Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) fruit extract, equiv. fruit dry
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily for general support of healthy female hormonal balance; or 1 tablet daily for the first half of the female hormonal cycle and then 2 tablets daily for the second half of the female hormonal cycle, or as directed by your health professional.
