Each melt (oral disintegrating tablet) contains: Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) extract dry concentrate 66.7mg from dry herb flowering 1g Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry concentrate 3mg from dry herb flowering 300mg
Directions
Adults - Take 2 tablets, once daily before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Place the tablets into your mouth and allow them to dissolve completely. Store below 25°C.
