For those that are deficient in the DAO enzyme, which can cause Histamine or Amine Intolerance which includes 'Alcohol Flush Syndrome'. This product contains the DAO enzyme taken at the time of the meal or drink.
Please note the DAO ingredient is of animal origin. Not suitable for vegetarians, as each tablet contains 4.2 mg pork kidney protein extract which contains the 20,000-30,000 HDU DAO enzyme. For a vegetarian and vegan option, please see Intoleran Cozidase.
