Lactase 20,000 provides 20,000 FCC lactase per tablet in a 50-tablet pack.
For lactose intolerance, this is our 20,000 FCC tablets. This product contains the enzyme lactase and is taken at the time of the meal or drink containing lactose.

We also offer Lactase Drops that can be added to liquid, but please note drops are not suitable for being added to acidic products, therefore we recommend taking our tablets or capsules in those cases. The Once a Day only needs one capsule taken once daily for day long lactose intolerance protection.
Directions for use (adult): Swallow a quarter to one tablet immediately before eating/drinking a product containing lactose. Lasts for approximately 30 to 45 mins. Maximum of 10 tablets daily.
Child dose (2 years and above): Child dose is proportional to food intake, so approximately a quarter to half a tablet would be sufficient for a food portion a quarter to half the size of a standard adult portion. Under 2 years of age please seek health professional guidance before use. A liquid option in 14mL or 100mL is also available.
