Directions

Adults: Add 2 level scoops (9.5g) to 200mL of water, twice daily. Store below 30°C.
Warnings
  • Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.
  • This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
  • The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 165mg of sodium.
  • Vitamins and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
