Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Store below 25ºC.
Warnings
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
  • The dose of fibre should be increased gradually.
  • Fluid intake should be increased with an increasing dose of fibre.
