The quantity of feed and the dilution should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on age, bodyweight and medical condition of the patient.

For guidance only:

• Birth (approx. 3.5kg): 3 level scoops of Neocate LCP to 90mL cooled boiled water, 6-7 feeds in 24 hours.
• 2 weeks (approx. 4kg): 4 level scoops of Neocate LCP to 120mL cooled boiled water, 6 feeds in 24 hours.

• Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed.
• Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill.
• Neocate LCP infant formula is based on hypoallergenic amino acids, formulated without cow's milk protein.
