Ingredients Active Ingredients per 2g Sachet: Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine) 1 g; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 180 mg; Colloidal anhydrous silica 50 mg equiv. Silicon 23.4 mg; Glycine 698mg.
Directions Adults:
  1. Two sachets (4g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal.
  2. Add the powder of two sachets in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt.
  3. Consume immediately.

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
