Ingredients ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER 2g SACHET: Iron (III) Glycinate 21.055 mg, equiv. Iron 8 mg; Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 180 mg.

ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Glycine (an amino acid), ascorbyl palmitate (a lipid soluble form of vitamin C) and purified water.
Directions Adults:
  1. One sachet (2g) daily with food or as directed by your health professional.
  2. Mix well the contents of the unflavoured and unsweetened sachet into fruit juice, smoothies, or 200mL of water. Alternatively, contents can be added to cold foods such as cereal.
  3. Consume immediately.
Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
