Ingredients Magnesium citrate 970.86 mg equiv. Magnesium 150 mg; Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 726.04 mg equiv. Magnesium 150 mg. Total Magnesium 300 mg.
Directions Adults:
  1. One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal.
  2. Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt.
  3. Consume immediately.
Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
