Ingredients ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER 2g SACHET: Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 426.04 mg equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 350 mg; Magnesium ascorbate 400.44 mg equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 350 mg; Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg ?Total Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1.2 g (1200 mg).

ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS: Glycine (an amino acid) and ascorbyl palmitate (a lipid soluble form of vitamin C).
Directions Adults:
  1. One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal.
  2. Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt.
  3. Consume immediately.
