Ingredients ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER 2g SACHET: Zinc amino acid chelate 105 mg, equiv. Zinc 21 mg; Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 203.3 mg, equiv. Magnesium 42 mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 90 mg.

ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS: Glycine (amino acid) and ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C).
Directions Adults:
  1. One sachet (2g) daily with food or as directed by your health professional.
  2. Mix well the contents of the unflavoured and unsweetened sachet into fruit juice, smoothies, or 200mL of water. Alternatively, contents can be added to cold foods such as cereal.
  3. Consume immediately.
