Ingredient Amount per Tablet Piper methysticum (Kava Kava) root extract 400 mg (equiv. to root dry 3.2 g, equiv. Kavalactones 50 mg) Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Zizyphus) seed extract 300 mg (equiv. to fruit dry 3 g) Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top flowering extract 75 mg (equiv. to herb top flowering dry 1.5 g) Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) stem bark extract 150 mg (equiv. to stem bark dry 1.5 g) Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) leaf flower extract 75 mg (equiv. to leaf & flower dry 750 mg)
Directions
Adult Dose: Take 2 tablets once or twice daily.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
