Directions
Adults: Take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food. Store below 25°C. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
Warnings
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your health professional before taking this product. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Contains Soy.
