Directions
Adults only: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food (not 2 capsules at the same time).
Do not take shortly after exercise when hot or when metabolic rate is already raised.
Make sure you are well hydrated when taking Virility Max.
If needed, take 1 capsule daily for the first week and then increase to 1 capsule twice daily.
