Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule a day with water, or as advised by your health professional.
During antibiotic use: Take 2 capsules a day with water.

Probiotics are generally well tolerated; mild gastrointestinal effects may be experienced in sensitive individuals.
Individuals with compromised immune function or other serious underlying diseases are advised to restrict probiotic use to the strains and indications that have proven efficacy.
Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.

Store below 25°C or refrigerate after opening. Do not use if the seal on the bottle is broken.
