Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) extract equiv. dry fruit 100 mg; Grape Seed (Vitis vinifera) standardised extract equiv. dry seed (equiv. procyanidins 80 mg) 12 g; Vitamin A (as retinol acetate 112.50 mcg/RE) 375 IU; Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid from calcium pantothenate 10.92 mg) 10 mg; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1.2 mcg; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 6.30 mg; Vitamin E (as d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 7.39 mg) 8.94 IU; Copper (from copper gluconate 1.52 mg) 212.50 mcg; Biotin 1.30 mg; Iodine (from potassium iodide 65.45 mcg) 50 mcg; Iron (from iron amino acid chelate 22.5 mg) 2.25 mg; Manganese (from manganese amino acid chelate 13 mg) 1.3 mg; Selenium (from selenomethionine 68.31 mcg) 27.50 mcg; Silicon (from colloidal anhydrous silica 107.07 mg) 50 mg; Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate 37.50 mg) 7.5 mg.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg/RE for women and 900 mcg/RE for men. When taken in excess of 3000 mcg/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

All medicines listed in our prescriptions category require a valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber. No prescription items will be processed or shipped until a valid prescription has been received and verified by our pharmacist.

How do I submit my electronic prescription?

You can send us your e-script token in one of the following ways:

  • Enter your prescription token number when adding the product to the cart
  • Forward your email e-script to [email protected]
  • Forward your SMS e-script to +61 483 913 912

# Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.

How do I submit my paper prescription?

What if I don't have a prescription?

A valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber is required before we can dispense any prescription medicine. If you do not currently hold a prescription, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss your treatment options.

How long does it take for my prescription to be processed?

At Fitchs Pharmacy, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day of receiving a valid prescription. However, there are some things that may affect timing:

  • For paper prescriptions, your script must be received at our Perth pharmacy before we can process your order. Depending on your location, postal delivery may take 2-5 business days.
  • Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately, provided your token number has been entered correctly. In the case of an error, our pharmacist will contact you to check details.
  • Fridge items: Medications that require refrigeration are shipped early in the week to ensure they are not held over the weekend and to maintain optimal storage. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Team Global Express instead of Australia Post.
  • Our pharmacist may need to contact you to discuss your medicines before your prescription can be shipped. Please ensure your contact details are up to date at checkout.

How will my prescription be delivered?

Once your order is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express. Fridge items will be packed in an esky with ice to maintain the required temperature. All prescription items are sent in discreet packaging.

Can I return prescription items for a refund?

Due to the nature of prescription items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after they have been shipped. However, if you change your mind before your order is shipped, a refund can be issued, minus a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
