Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food.

To support healthy blood glucose and emotional wellbeing: Take 1 tablet twicedaily with food.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Contains 8.33 mg of caffeine from cocoa per tablet. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
