Orthoplex FemmeBiotic™ V-Intensive is a lactoferrin and lactobacilli combination featuring L. rhamnosus ProBioEtna CA15™. 10 days of oral supplementation with CA15 has been demonstrated in a 2025 clinical trial to help temporarily relieve symptoms including mild vaginal itch, discomfort and excessive discharge.
CA15 helps support healthy vaginal microflora, by increasing vaginal lactobacilli and antagonising a wide range of urogenital pathogens such as Gardnerella, Candida spp., Staphylococci.
