PediaSure Powder can be enjoyed as a delicious health shake with or between meals.
To prepare a 225 mL serving of PediaSure Powder:
1) Pour 190 mL of cold water into a glass.
2) Gradually add 5 level scoops or 49.1 g of PediaSure while stirring and mix until dissolved. PediaSure is best served chilled.

Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but NOT refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.

Prepared PediaSure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
