Harmony Menopause is a blend of Chinese and Western herbs plus Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium. These herbs have been used to support women during hormonal changes, to help relieve the symptoms of menopause.
Adult dose: Starting dose: 2 tablets, twice daily until symptoms improve. Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Rehmannia glutinosa root 1.2g; Angelica polymorpha root 200mg; Dioscorea opposita root 200mg; Paeonia lactiflora root 200mg; Bupleurum falcatum root 200mg; Vitex agnus-castus fruit 100mg; Calcium hydrogen phosphate (equiv. Calcium 81.6mg; Phosphorus 63mg) 350mg; Calcium amino acid chelate (Calcium 10mg) 50mg; Magnesium amino acid chelate (Magnesium 10mg) 50mg; Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5mcg.
Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice if symptoms or fluid retention persist. Drink plenty of water. Discontinue use if you develop a sensitivity to the formula. Not recommended in pregnancy unless professionally prescribed.

Prescription FAQ's

All medicines listed in our prescriptions category require a valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber. No prescription items will be processed or shipped until a valid prescription has been received and verified by our pharmacist.

How do I submit my electronic prescription?

You can send us your e-script token in one of the following ways:

  • Enter your prescription token number when adding the product to the cart
  • Forward your email e-script to [email protected]
  • Forward your SMS e-script to +61 483 913 912

# Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.

How do I submit my paper prescription?

What if I don't have a prescription?

A valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber is required before we can dispense any prescription medicine. If you do not currently hold a prescription, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss your treatment options.

How long does it take for my prescription to be processed?

At Fitchs Pharmacy, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day of receiving a valid prescription. However, there are some things that may affect timing:

  • For paper prescriptions, your script must be received at our Perth pharmacy before we can process your order. Depending on your location, postal delivery may take 2-5 business days.
  • Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately, provided your token number has been entered correctly. In the case of an error, our pharmacist will contact you to check details.
  • Fridge items: Medications that require refrigeration are shipped early in the week to ensure they are not held over the weekend and to maintain optimal storage. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Team Global Express instead of Australia Post.
  • Our pharmacist may need to contact you to discuss your medicines before your prescription can be shipped. Please ensure your contact details are up to date at checkout.

How will my prescription be delivered?

Once your order is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express. Fridge items will be packed in an esky with ice to maintain the required temperature. All prescription items are sent in discreet packaging.

Can I return prescription items for a refund?

Due to the nature of prescription items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after they have been shipped. However, if you change your mind before your order is shipped, a refund can be issued, minus a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
