ANXIETY: Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help reduce the occurrence of symptoms of mild anxiety, symptoms of stress and nervous tension, relieve irritability and calm and soothe the nerves.
STRESS: Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a rejuvenating tonic, an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress, and to relieve feelings of general malaise and debility. Vitamin B5 supports cognitive and mental function. Vitamin C is an antioxidant which reduces free radicals formed in the body.
Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed 2 tablets per day.
Each film-coated tablet contains: Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. dry conc. 75 mg, from dry root 1.5 g; Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) ext. dry conc. 28 mg, from dry flower 224 mg; Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) ext. dry conc. 52.50 mg, from dry flower 525 mg; Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) ext. dry conc. 50 mg, from dry root 500 mg; Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) ext. dry conc. 285.72 mg, from dry leaf 1 g; Calcium pantothenate 5.46 mg, equivalent Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 5 mg; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25 mg; Magnesium glycinate dihydrate 215.52 mg, equiv Magnesium 25 mg; Choline bitartrate 75 mg, equiv. Choline 30.75 mg; Inositol 150 mg.

Prescription FAQ's

All medicines listed in our prescriptions category require a valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber. No prescription items will be processed or shipped until a valid prescription has been received and verified by our pharmacist.

How do I submit my electronic prescription?

You can send us your e-script token in one of the following ways:

  • Enter your prescription token number when adding the product to the cart
  • Forward your email e-script to [email protected]
  • Forward your SMS e-script to +61 483 913 912

# Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.

How do I submit my paper prescription?

What if I don't have a prescription?

A valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber is required before we can dispense any prescription medicine. If you do not currently hold a prescription, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss your treatment options.

How long does it take for my prescription to be processed?

At Fitchs Pharmacy, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day of receiving a valid prescription. However, there are some things that may affect timing:

  • For paper prescriptions, your script must be received at our Perth pharmacy before we can process your order. Depending on your location, postal delivery may take 2-5 business days.
  • Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately, provided your token number has been entered correctly. In the case of an error, our pharmacist will contact you to check details.
  • Fridge items: Medications that require refrigeration are shipped early in the week to ensure they are not held over the weekend and to maintain optimal storage. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Team Global Express instead of Australia Post.
  • Our pharmacist may need to contact you to discuss your medicines before your prescription can be shipped. Please ensure your contact details are up to date at checkout.

How will my prescription be delivered?

Once your order is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express. Fridge items will be packed in an esky with ice to maintain the required temperature. All prescription items are sent in discreet packaging.

Can I return prescription items for a refund?

Due to the nature of prescription items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after they have been shipped. However, if you change your mind before your order is shipped, a refund can be issued, minus a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
