NanoCelle™ D3 is developed from patent-protected nano-technology creating Vitamin D3 nanoparticles that delivers nanoparticle-sized molecules of the vitamin for absorption across the oral buccal mucosa, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract. NanoCelle™ D3 is indicated to assist in the management of medically diagnosed vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D3 aids in dietary calcium and phosphorus absorption, important for maintaining healthy bone mineral density. Vitamin D3 binds to the vitamin D receptor (VDR), which is located on all body cells. Activation of the VDR has been shown to regulate hundreds of genes. Because immune cells have the VDR, vitamin D may also assist with immune system function. Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally synthesised in the body from sun exposure (ultraviolet light) however the amount of vitamin D production depends on geographic location, season, time of day and weather conditions. In addition, clothing habits, lifestyle, and workplace (e.g., indoor versus outdoor), sunscreen use, and sun avoidance practices have an impact on vitamin D synthesis. Vitamin D3 production is also determined by a persons skin type, as the darker pigmented the skin is the less vitamin D3 is produced.
Deliver two (2) sprays into the mouth once per day before meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

All medicines listed in our prescriptions category require a valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber. No prescription items will be processed or shipped until a valid prescription has been received and verified by our pharmacist.
How do I submit my electronic prescription?
You can send us your e-script token in one of the following ways:
- Enter your prescription token number when adding the product to the cart
- Forward your email e-script to [email protected]
- Forward your SMS e-script to +61 483 913 912
# Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.
How do I submit my paper prescription?

What if I don't have a prescription?
A valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber is required before we can dispense any prescription medicine. If you do not currently hold a prescription, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss your treatment options.
How long does it take for my prescription to be processed?
At Fitchs Pharmacy, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day of receiving a valid prescription. However, there are some things that may affect timing:
- For paper prescriptions, your script must be received at our Perth pharmacy before we can process your order. Depending on your location, postal delivery may take 2-5 business days.
- Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately, provided your token number has been entered correctly. In the case of an error, our pharmacist will contact you to check details.
- Fridge items: Medications that require refrigeration are shipped early in the week to ensure they are not held over the weekend and to maintain optimal storage. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Team Global Express instead of Australia Post.
- Our pharmacist may need to contact you to discuss your medicines before your prescription can be shipped. Please ensure your contact details are up to date at checkout.
How will my prescription be delivered?
Once your order is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express. Fridge items will be packed in an esky with ice to maintain the required temperature. All prescription items are sent in discreet packaging.
Can I return prescription items for a refund?
Due to the nature of prescription items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after they have been shipped. However, if you change your mind before your order is shipped, a refund can be issued, minus a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
