FemmeX is a great tasting magnesium formulation specifically designed for women to support healthy hormone balance and relieve symptoms of stress, throughout various life stages.
FemmeX contains Meta Mag® - Magnesium bisglycinate, an easily absorbed form of magnesium that reduces premenstrual tension and supports a healthy stress response. Chromium and inositol help support healthy glucose metabolism* and iodine and selenium supports a healthy thyroid function. The thyroid helps to govern hormonal balance and can be affected by stress.
The activated forms of vitamin B6 and B12 are included to support healthy oestrogen levels and natural liver detoxification processes.

Directions
Adults: Add 2 level scoops (9.8g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains B6]. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

How do I submit my electronic prescription?
You can send us your e-script token in one of the following ways:
- Enter your prescription token number when adding the product to the cart
- Forward your email e-script to [email protected]
- Forward your SMS e-script to +61 483 913 912
# Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.

What if I don't have a prescription?
A valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber is required before we can dispense any prescription medicine. If you do not currently hold a prescription, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss your treatment options.
How long does it take for my prescription to be processed?
At Fitchs Pharmacy, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day of receiving a valid prescription. However, there are some things that may affect timing:
- For paper prescriptions, your script must be received at our Perth pharmacy before we can process your order. Depending on your location, postal delivery may take 2-5 business days.
- Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately, provided your token number has been entered correctly. In the case of an error, our pharmacist will contact you to check details.
- Fridge items: Medications that require refrigeration are shipped early in the week to ensure they are not held over the weekend and to maintain optimal storage. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Team Global Express instead of Australia Post.
- Our pharmacist may need to contact you to discuss your medicines before your prescription can be shipped. Please ensure your contact details are up to date at checkout.
How will my prescription be delivered?
Once your order is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express. Fridge items will be packed in an esky with ice to maintain the required temperature. All prescription items are sent in discreet packaging.
Can I return prescription items for a refund?
Due to the nature of prescription items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after they have been shipped. However, if you change your mind before your order is shipped, a refund can be issued, minus a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
