Orthoplex White SarcoCare is a specialist formulation designed for practitioners in clinical practice. Muscle strength and muscle mass decline as a consequence of ageing and lack of physical activity. Short periods of bed rest significantly accelerate this decline. This is an important development as energy, wellbeing and personal independence are impacted by our strength.
Mix 2 scoops (1 level included scoop contains approx. 13g) into milk or water and consume immediately. Take once or twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
