The AirSense 10 AutoSet is a premium auto-adjusting pressure therapy machine. It automatically adjusts the pressure level to suit your changing needs throughout the night. The simple and intuitive user interface provides you with feedback on your therapy every morning. Also it is easy for you to change comfort settings and adjust the treatment to your needs. The SmartStart feature allows you to start your treatment as soon as you start breathe into your mask. Once you remove your mask, it stops after a few seconds. AutoRamp with sleep onset detection starts by delivering a low pressure for greater comfort and then, after detects that you have fallen asleep, it gradually increases the pressure to your prescribed setting. Consistent humidification throughout the night with the integrated HumidAir humidifier and optional ClimateLine Air heated tube with Climate Control technology. The machines Easy-Breathe motor is whisper-quiet, offering you and your bed partner a more peaceful night’s sleep. Access to MyAir lets you know how you went with therapy the night before, and helps you stay on track throughout your sleep apnea treatment journey. The light level of the screen will adjust to the brightness of your room. If you need to get up in the night, the screen’s back light will not disrupt your bed partner. Prescription FAQ's

All medicines listed in our prescriptions category require a valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber. No prescription items will be processed or shipped until a valid prescription has been received and verified by our pharmacist.

How do I submit my electronic prescription?

You can send us your e-script token in one of the following ways:

  • Enter your prescription token number when adding the product to the cart
  • Forward your email e-script to [email protected]
  • Forward your SMS e-script to +61 483 913 912

# Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.

How do I submit my paper prescription?

What if I don't have a prescription?

A valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber is required before we can dispense any prescription medicine. If you do not currently hold a prescription, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss your treatment options.

How long does it take for my prescription to be processed?

At Fitchs Pharmacy, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day of receiving a valid prescription. However, there are some things that may affect timing:

  • For paper prescriptions, your script must be received at our Perth pharmacy before we can process your order. Depending on your location, postal delivery may take 2-5 business days.
  • Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately, provided your token number has been entered correctly. In the case of an error, our pharmacist will contact you to check details.
  • Fridge items: Medications that require refrigeration are shipped early in the week to ensure they are not held over the weekend and to maintain optimal storage. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Team Global Express instead of Australia Post.
  • Our pharmacist may need to contact you to discuss your medicines before your prescription can be shipped. Please ensure your contact details are up to date at checkout.

How will my prescription be delivered?

Once your order is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express. Fridge items will be packed in an esky with ice to maintain the required temperature. All prescription items are sent in discreet packaging.

Can I return prescription items for a refund?

Due to the nature of prescription items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after they have been shipped. However, if you change your mind before your order is shipped, a refund can be issued, minus a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
