How it works

Vitex agnus-castusis a highly respected western herb that can provide significant relief for women experiencing premenstrual syndrome and is traditionally used for irregular menstruation. Vitex also helps manage acne in both males and females.

Women’s Qi™ and Vitex Excel™ can work separately or in combination depending on each woman’s unique symptom profile (see table below).

In early 2016 my husband and I started trying to conceive our first child. I had always had a regular cycle of 33 days prior to this. However, as soon as we started trying to conceive my cycles went haywire. I was having cycles of 52 days, 45 days, 40 days etc. All investigations came back negative- The only reasoning I was given was likely to be stress. Having such long cycles whilst trying to conceive was frustrating and emotionally taking its toll, because the length of time between ovulation or "fertile periods" was so long. In September I started taking Vitex Excel and was so thrilled that my cycle length was reduced back to 33 days that same month!! The following month I used a different brand of Vitex preparation and was very disappointed to see my cycle length back up to 45 days. I switched back onto the Oriental Botanicals Vitex Excel for the next cycle with great results. After a year of menstrual cycle turmoil I am very grateful to Oriental Botanicals.

All medicines listed in our prescriptions category require a valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber. No prescription items will be processed or shipped until a valid prescription has been received and verified by our pharmacist.

How do I submit my electronic prescription?

You can send us your e-script token in one of the following ways:

  • Enter your prescription token number when adding the product to the cart
  • Forward your email e-script to [email protected]
  • Forward your SMS e-script to +61 483 913 912

# Please note that each medication you're prescribed will have its own unique token. Your e-Script token is the string of 14-20 letters and numbers underneath the QR code in your Electronic Prescription email or SMS.

How do I submit my paper prescription?

What if I don't have a prescription?

A valid prescription from an Australian registered prescriber is required before we can dispense any prescription medicine. If you do not currently hold a prescription, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider to discuss your treatment options.

How long does it take for my prescription to be processed?

At Fitchs Pharmacy, we aim to ship your medicines within 1 business day of receiving a valid prescription. However, there are some things that may affect timing:

  • For paper prescriptions, your script must be received at our Perth pharmacy before we can process your order. Depending on your location, postal delivery may take 2-5 business days.
  • Electronic prescriptions can be processed immediately, provided your token number has been entered correctly. In the case of an error, our pharmacist will contact you to check details.
  • Fridge items: Medications that require refrigeration are shipped early in the week to ensure they are not held over the weekend and to maintain optimal storage. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Team Global Express instead of Australia Post.
  • Our pharmacist may need to contact you to discuss your medicines before your prescription can be shipped. Please ensure your contact details are up to date at checkout.

How will my prescription be delivered?

Once your order is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, it will be shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express. Fridge items will be packed in an esky with ice to maintain the required temperature. All prescription items are sent in discreet packaging.

Can I return prescription items for a refund?

Due to the nature of prescription items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after they have been shipped. However, if you change your mind before your order is shipped, a refund can be issued, minus a 5% fee to cover payment processing costs.
